Thinking Highways editor in chief Kevin Borras caught up with ITS Australia’s CEO Susan Harris to find out how their preparations for hosting the 2016 ITS World Congress are going. Has anything taken Susan by surprise? How much are she and her team using the experiences of Bordeaux as a marker? How much is this going to be Australia’s ITS World Congress as much as Melbourne’s? Is she using anything from the last time Australia hosted an ITS WC (Sydney 2001) as a yardstick or is Melbourne doing it entirely differently? And, naturally, why should people come half way round the world in 11 months’ time for a trade show?

We apologise for the occasionally poor sound quality that you may experience during this recording.
