Intertraffic launches event in Latin America: Intertraffic Mexico 2016

The globally renowned and leading exhibition brand for traffic and mobility solutions expands to Mexico.

RAI Amsterdam is joining forces with E.J. Krause de Mexico, to create Intertraffic Mexico, taking place from 16th to 18th of November, 2016 at Centro Banamex in Mexico City. Since its launch in 1972 in Amsterdam, Intertraffic has developed into the industry’s largest and most important trade event brand for traffic industry professionals, in which leading international companies exhibit their products and cutting-edge technology. Regional events are staged in Turkey, China and now Mexico.

Intertraffic Mexico 2016 will provide a platform for companies related to the traffic industry seeking to explore business opportunities in Mexico. The event will enable the creation of partnerships, build the community network, and encourage the sharing of best practices between local and international companies. Mexico City, a city facing significant challenges in infrastructure and mobility, will be host to the event.

Infrastructure developments

In this context, “Intertraffic Mexico 2016 will play an important role in providing an ideal forum for those involved in infrastructure, traffic management, safety, and the management and development of parking lots,” says Richard Butter, Manager of Intertraffic Worldwide Events. “We are convinced that bringing together professionals and traffic solutions that are generated around the globe will help cities like Mexico City to improve their mobility through the use of the latest technologies,” he adds. “Intertraffic Mexico 2016 is the industry event that Mexico has been waiting for,” said Jose Navarro, Director General of E.J.
